TALENTLESS MISSOURI SENATOR LOOKING LIKE A POOR BET FOR RE-ELECTION-- POLLS SHOW FURTHER DETERIORATION AS LINKS TO ABRAMOFF CORRUPTION BECOME CLEARER

>

The Missouri Senate race is shaping up nicely for Democrat Claire McCaskill. Incumbant right-wing loon, Jim Talent is sinking in popularity and the brand new Rasmussen Poll shows McCaskill already leading him 46% to 43%. Independent voters, repulsed by the Republican Party's culture of corruption in Washington, are making the difference for McCaskill, who is out-polling Abramoff-tainted Talent by 10 percentage points.

The Bush Regime can put out as many false memos as they want to suckers in the press like CNN's pathetic Wolf Blitzer trying to implicate Democrats in the Republican corruption scandals involving GOP lobbyist Jack Abramoff and the Bush Regime can do their best to round up all the photos ever taken of Bush and Abramoff together, but word's already out: Bush=DeLay=Abramoff=Republican Party=sleaze and corruption and defeat. This is especially bad news for Talent, not just because he is one the Republican senators directly on the take from Abramoff but because his own re-election finance chairman, Jack Oliver, has been further implicated in the Abramoff scandals.
