Ah, Republican Pride! Don't you love it when Trumpies complain about sentient people thinking they're stupid? Something tells me this "Wite Suburian" didn't really go to college, but. look at the license plate; it's Georgia. One can imagine what you can major in in some of the colleges they might have there; things like "Protecting President Trump From Witchcraft 101," for instance.
Of course, it may be that the driver of this car went to the very short-lived Trump University. No doubt the admissions standards were very low. Just write the check, if you can write, and get a diploma the reads "Bachelor of 'Science' in Deplorable." The fact that she probably can't see out the back window may be an attempt to win a Darwin Award but how do you give a Darwin Award to someone who likely doesn't believe in evolution? Bet she's got a little confederate flag sticker on the bumper, too; front and back, and a FOX News sticker one of the windows is to be expected. Kudos to the Georgia DMV for giving her a license!

My own usage is more an employment of pleonasm (for emphasis), since the audience tends to be really, really stupid.
