I'm fair. I pride myself on being fair. A little snarky perhaps, but, I call it how I see it. I call it how it is. That's my definition of fair. So, here I am, posting a meme that gives credit to FOX "News" of all entities for actually calling out their dear leader, a bit, just a little bit. But, perspective and context matter. So, the question is: Is FOX "News" just fact checking their goon of a white nationalist icon in an effort to convince us that they're fair and balanced or something? Is this just a bit of illusion creation? Yeah, probably both of those. The context matters bigly, though. Here's the context: Trump's lies are so many in number and so beyond the fringe of reality that they can make FOX "News" appear credible by comparison, if only for a nanosecond.
Yes, Trump has financial interests in Saudi Arabia. In fact, in addition to the things listed in the meme, Trump registered 8 of his companies in Saudi Arabia during his campaign for president. All of them are tied to his Saudi hotel operations. No doubt, there is more.
Who knows how much more we will find out before all is said and done? Trump didn't send son-in-law Jared Kushner to become besties with Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Salman for no reason. And, that leads to more questions. In May of this year, Kushner was trying to put together a $100,000,000 deal involving his interests in a real estate tech firm and the Saudi government. That deal deal fell through but there are always others to be made. It has been well known for some time that Kushner and the prince have formed a strong bond. Suddenly, though, after the Khashoggi murder, his father-in-law would have us believe otherwise. Here's Donnie Bullshit in a Washington Post interview last Friday:

You could show Trump and his cult followers a film of Prince Mohammed bin Salam wielding a bloody bone saw himself with Kushner in the background and the response would be the same. With the Trump clan, it's all about protecting and growing the family bank accounts first. America is way down on the list, if it's on the list at all.

Clips from Trump rallies put him on a par with Hitler. He is one very disturbed, sick, dangerous dude. His followers are on a par with Hitler's followers and are just as insane. Trump's lies are meaningless to them. Not to Mueller though, and not to the majority of the American people. Of course Trump is in with the Russians and Saudis and has been for decades - they own him financially and otherwise. The evidence is right in our faces.
Violence is building up among the Trumpist ranks. It will get very scary when the Dems take over the House (they'd better!) and start investigating. I would not discount massacres by his armed vigilantes, whom he encourages. Kristallnacht redoux anyone? The Republicans have been lighting fires under this nightmare for quite some time and it may well come to fruition soon.
FAUX is reportedly losing market share, so they are going to try to find replacement viewers for those who have shuffled off this mortal coil. As the tiki torch paraders of Charlottesville demonstrated, there is an ample supply of Nazi zombies available as replacements.

Don't hang your hopes on Mueller. I've pointed out before often -- he is the one who refused to connect the anthrax to anyone at all. The powder was American DOD weaponized anthrax. Only place that could be had was the DOD. Who could have gotten it? Rumsfeld? Cheney? Bush, if bush knew what anthrax was, which is doubtful. Remember the time? Cheney was trying to counterfeit receipts for yellowcake and create a Reichstag fire domestic terror thing to pin on Iraq? Remember? We forgot just as soon as the planes hit, thanks to the indifference/coconspiracy of the admin to counterterrorism which shifted, briefly, the admin's buildup against Iraq to Afghanistan. We still did Iraq... a year later, and after a huge PR campaign (mushroom clouds?) from cheney, rice et al.
Mueller had an easy coverup back then. The media was already assimilated and refused to chase anything but what cheney wanted them to chase (wild geese). He wrapped up a nothingburger and nobody noticed... paid a second thought.
Mueller isn't going to "find" anything. He's already gotten his symbolic and meaningless ancillary characters. Forget him.
As for the 'majority of American people'... well, with nobody and no party to vote for... that is pretty pointless to say, don't you think?
Your observed echoes of hitler in trump and of the Nazi party in America's Nazi party redux... I've been pointing this out since the '80s. Nobody cares but me.
We're done. it's over. DWT is only making sure that the democrap leadershit will have a few more years of relevance to lobbyists and billionaires before the whole thing becomes moot when trump or someone (pence?) declares martial law.
And when they do, pretty much nobody will give a shit. That's where we are.
