I'VE MET JOE BIDEN AND HE'S NO MICHELLE OBAMA

>

Although Biden is still going through the motions-- and he even scheduled some Iowa "campaign stops" in Davenport, Des Moines, Marshalltown, Ames, and Cedar Rapids this weekend-- he's admitted to intimates that it's all over. He may be is certainly a corporate shill but he's not as dumb as he sounds and he recognizes that misteps on the first day rendered his campaign DOA. He just wants to wait a respectable amount of time before burying the body.

While the dependably pathetic Biden wastes time and energy looking for a graceful exit, Michelle Obama showed us that if she becomes First Lady, she'll be as electrifying and inspiring as her husband. Defending Barack at a fundraiser three days ago she gently lashed out at Inside the Beltway detractors (Team Clinton): "We've heard this spewed from the lips of rivals... every phase of our journey: He is not experienced enough, he should wait his turn. He is too young, he is not black enough, he is not  white enough... he is too articulate, he can't raise the money. Don't be fooled by these claims, because they are mere distractions."

Imagine Michelle, a Princeton and Harvard graduate in the White House instead of Laura-- or whomever Rudy claims to be married to on any particular day.

As much as I dislike Mr MBNA I really feel sorry for him...

Well I watched the 60 minute interview and I found it fascinating. At least for the time being there is some realness and humanity that comes through. That's we are hungering for. Like the song says, we are looking for a leader.

Hopefully the usual suspects of Dem consultants that lose elections won't be part of the campaign.

I already had awhile ago and liked what I imagined. Finally, a first lady with brains, class and elegance. Michelle Obama is everything you would want in a first lady. Not a strident Hillary or wallflower Laura. A woman of warmth and intellegence and who is comfortable with herself. Yet is beautiful and classy and elegant enough to bring style.
