MITCHELL WADE MUST BE AN EXPERT SINGER BY NOW. WHEN DOES THE CD GET RELEASED?

Yesterday Ney was sentenced to another 30 months in prison, this time for taking bribes from Abramoff. I would have preferred 300 months but I'm glad he's getting some punishment before Bush pardons him as he oozes out of the White House after 2008. There is more to come in the Abramoff cases, including Ney's. "In the continuing investigation, Ney and seven others have pleaded guilty or have been convicted, and several are cooperating as witnesses. In addition to the government's chief witness, Abramoff, they include Ney's former chief of staff, Neil G. Volz, and two other Capitol Hill staffers who once worked for former congressman Tom DeLay (R-Tex.). All three were part of Abramoff's lobbying team. More charges are expected."

Ney is still trying to evade responsibility for being a corrupt scumbag by claiming he was an alcoholic-- which is also what Foley uses as his excuse for molesting the young male pages. Republicans never take responsibility; that's one of the hallmarks of Republicanism, right along with greed, selfishness, bigotry and racism.


But there's an even bigger Republicrook related scandal that CNN and MSNBC didn't report yesterday: GOP briber-- one of the ones who was handing out the loot in return for "favors"-- Mitchell Wade, is singing away to the Feds. His sentencing will be delayed for another 6 months (6 months closer to Bush pardon day?) but presumably the Feds are getting valuable information out of him. "Presumably," though, is a dangerous word. But if the Feds are doing their jobs properly, there is every reason to believe that among the crooked Republican pols who will be nailed by Wade (and Brent Wilkes?) high up on the list will be racist Virgil Goode, Jr. (even closer to Wade and MZM than Cunningham), Katherine Harris, Jerry Lewis (along with DeLay and Blunt, one of the kingpins of the Republican Culture of Corruption that infected DC for the last 6 years), Duncan Hunter, Elizabeth Dole, Rick Renzi, Roy Blunt, and John Doolittle. There's also a Wade CIA connection that seriously jeopardized the security on this nation in a very profound way.
