Nancy Pelosi's in the clutches of a left-wing mob. They finally convinced her to impeach the president. All of you know your Constitution. The way that impeachment stops is a Senate majority with me as majority leader.The above quote is from Moscow Mitch McConnell's latest facebook campaign ad. Obviously, he hopes that the citizens of Kentucky enthusiastically support Donald Trump's treason against the United States of America as much as he does. Moscow Mitch is, of course, determined to stop the removal of his American master if the impeachment of Trump comes to the $enate for trial. And why wouldn't he be. With his pockets stuffed with Russian rubles, he's as wrapped up in the Russian corruption of our democratic processes as anyone in Washington. Plus, his "wife" is a particularly slimy member of the cabinet of his godfather boss. Mitch is a made man and always has been.

It's time to start pelting McConnell and his ilk (e.g. "Lurch" Thune and "Gravedigger" Barrosso) with rotten tomatoes, rotten eggs and other easily hurlable garbage. Decorate McConnell's $5,000 Brooks Brothers suits (paid for with lobbyist dirty money) every time this lizard sets foot outside of the Capitol or his DC condo and make him pay for his treachery, deceit and disdain for Constitutional law in humiliation and ruined clothing. No personal harm, just humiliate this loathsome creature in public every single day until he resigns in disgrace. Bring back the lost art of chucking rotten eggs at rotten politicians!

The optics are not good for that kind of stuff. We all know McConnell is going to get re-elected. Throwing stuff at him (and other Trump enablers) will likely result in arrests as well as motivate the horrendous Republican base when election day rolls around. Let's also consider Elizabeth Warren's recent experience getting chased through an airport by MAGA douchebags. I'm not sure I want our side doing roughly equivalent things.
And it would help hugely if we had real leadership/opposition in the house and senate, instead of Pelosi and Schumer improvising (BADLY!) their way through this fucking nightmare. Would we even be thinking about this stuff if, shortly after election day in 2016, Democratic leaders had given a press conference announcing their intention to make Trump a one-term president and followed up on that promise, much as McConnell did after the Republicans 2010 mid-term victory? Probably not. This is why we're reduced to needling Republicans at restaurants. Regardless how immediately satisfying it might be to see an idiot like Matt Graetz have a milkshake thrown in his face, it's not going to get us anywhere long term, except maybe insure someone on our side ends up getting shot in retaliation.
