Señor Trumpanzee's silence in the wake of Russia's cyber attack on the United States reveals all we need to know about him. He is owned by Putin. Congress voted to OK sanctions against Russia and Trump refuses to implement them. Putin talks about new Russian nukes and shows an animation of them hitting Florida, and the silence from the White House continues.
Señor Turmpanzee hasn't even directed our national security people to take actions to protect our elections later this year or in 2020. The reason is plain as day, yet, silence from the rest of what is supposed to be our government. Just yesterday, Trump made it clear to a crowd of Republican donors that having a "president for life" would be great.
It's not just the White House. Both houses of Congress also remain silent. All of these people, Republican and Democrat, took an oath to defend our country and its constitution. Silence. They do nothing. That oath says they will defend the United States from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Silence. There is a domestic enemy living at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, and not a word of censure, arrest, or impeachment. Just silence.

As long as the Congress is getting a piece of the action, they are unable to see a domestic enemy of the nation.
The Rs have power and won't change that as long as our dumbest electorate on the planet keeps them in power.
The Ds need an R shit-show to create an anti-red wave (the only kind of wave) on which they might keep their minorities slim, thus enabling them to raise more money than they could when they hold tiny minorities. Again, the dumbest electorate on the planet at work.
Why would voters care about being attacked by putin when we have abortion and gay marriage to worry about?
After 40 years, you'd think the electorate might learn a thing or two. But they only seem to get dumber. Only in America.
I'd love to see Trump done up like The Gimp from Pulp Fiction. After all, Putin has him just as bound and incapable of independent action.
