If You Lived In Nebraska, How Embarrassed Would You Be?

And let me point out that although Ben Nelson, arguably the stupidest member of the United States Senate-- no? then you explain that performance-- won re-election in 2006 with 64% of the vote in one of the most Republican states in America. They love him. In November the same voters rejected a solid, progressive Democratic rancher, Scott Kleeb, for a plodding right-wing dullard, Mike Johanns 58%-40%. And the bill that Nelson and his dumb-bell companion from Maine crafted is more expensive and less effective than the House bill. Because of it approximately 4,000 fewer jobs will be created in Nebraska and Maine. What a dip!
