ReplyDeleteobamanation dispensed with all of that by IGNORING the law completely.
It is now normalized for the power to totally ignore any and all law that they don't like. They only still need to maintain that pretense in the cases of law that actually helps people and which might create a backlash (ACA, SSI, Medicare, Medicaid..). Soon, even those will be repealed simply by them being ignored, like Sherman, bank fraud, torture, environment, etc.
And nobody will do shit. the left will just vote for democraps thinking that they'll fix it. they won't. they never do.
