It looks like the Democratic Party has prevailed in its court case against Tom DeLay's most recent electoral shenanigans. Walking out of court just a few minutes ago, attorneys confirmed that the judge has found that the GOP has two choices: either run DeLay, who won the primary, or run no one. In either case, Nick Lampson will be the new congressman from TX-22. Updates will follow.
