Midnight Meme Of The Day!

>

by Noah

Sunday Thoughts:

Now that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has announced that her cancer has returned and she's being treated for it again, it would be a very good time to pray to whatever you pray to that she can hold on longer than the current administration. Unlike Trump and Pence, Justice Ginsburg is a true warrior for her country, it's people, and what is righteous. She is a woman who obviously is putting her country first. It's not a cheap slogan to her.

Because there is already a fascist majority on the SCrOTUS bench (even when Ginsberg and Breyer DON'T vote with them as they did in this case) which will last for 30-40 years, the pressure to defend Ginsberg's seat is lessened in my opinion. Jurisprudence is again stacked against the people of this nation and clearly favors corporatist interests. That is where the money is, after all, and money talks LOUDLY.

Back to work, serf! Die for corporate profits!

All because of stolen presidential elections. Start with Bush in 2000, most simply and recently, and you get Roberts and Alito.

12:48, None of us will like every decision a judge makes. None of us likes every decision members of our own families make. I do hope that RBG has made her decisions based on existing law. No one always meets our ideals but I have more trust in her than most of her profession even though laws are written by the people who wield real power. That's not 100% trust but I trust her to be a lot better for all of us than anyone Trump and McConnell would put in as her replacement. That applies great pressure and makes her seat worth defending. She knows it or she would have already retired. If you don't like how RBG decided in specific cases, go find a case that will alter precedent, organize, and take it all the way to the Supreme Court instead of kicking a dying woman who has all in all served her country very well with a ton of self-sacrifice. Your attitude shows that her cancerous liver is still worth more than a hundred of you.

Bak mun ishi dai, 8:38.

You think Biden will put in someone with liberal leanings when he himself is essentially a corporate Republican? The seat is lost. Live with it.

unlike Kennedy knowing how much will change when he left but I think the attitude is selfishness, there are just not enough people who get into this just to serve and not to enrich themselves or the lust for power.
