Of mice and men (and women). This is us and this is them. We, however, are taking it at least one step further. We rightly fear a society of mass murderers but we do it while we mass extinct ourselves at an ever-increasing speed. I guess that's one way to stop mass shootings and death by pollution and giant storms.

Never mind. Our leaders will do nothing. They've come up with the perfect solution to all problems! Let us praise them while we can!
