Note To Valley Girl: "Please Ask Tom Joseph If Biden Is Showing Signs Of FTD Too"

>

by Valley Girl

Howie asked me yesterday if I was in the mood to do a little blogging. Alas, "no," I told him. I am suffering from information overload. But, I expect that I am not alone in this. Howie has a clear focus on getting progressives elected to the House, mostly, but has started branching out to include some Senate candidates, like Andrew Romanoff in Colorado and Maggie Oliver in New Mexico. Two great choices, by the way.

So, here’s one of the many things that is contributing to my information overload. A few days ago I discovered Tom Joseph on twitter (@TomJChicago). He is convinced, and has been for quite some time, that Trump is suffering from fronto-temporal dementia (FTD). And, that the FTD is gathering speed, and Trump will collapse mentally and physically sometime very soon. I’ve been reading Tom on twitter, and I must say that he is very convincing about this.

Here are some excerpts from his statement on his website.
I spotted Dementia signs in Trump in 2015 when he announced his run because the sounds and patterns of people with Dementia are so deeply ingrained in my senses. I knew Trump had FTD, and thought it was Picks or PSP but waited until he started losing his balance and showing gait changes.”…

“People couldn’t see the dementia patterns I was pointing out in 2015-2016. Now almost everyone can see that something is terribly wrong. I make a point not to sell the Trump dementia situation or push it after an initial tweet. People will see Trump’s dementia, when they see it for themselves, at their own pace. Public awareness has probably gone from 1% to 40%. The progressive nature of his dementia ensures there will eventually be full public awareness. The end result is not in doubt.

The goal of discussing it on Twitter is to end the charade and coverup, get Trump out of office and in to professional neurological care. The goal is really to move the conversation off Twitter and in to the hands of people who are allowed to examine him. As for those who say you can't diagnose someone online, they are right. It's also true that you don't need to be a Zoologist to identify a Giraffe. Since we are effectively in the Stone Age w/ Trump not getting real medical care, we have to raise the alarm so the lunacy of him being in the Oval Office ends.”

It’s worth reading the many comments to his tweets-- but be prepared to sort the wheat from the chaff. Some responses are spot-on; others are drivel. And, be warned, if you get really into this, be prepared to watch the C-SPAN videos from the G7 meeting.

One of the more bizarre ones I watched showed Trump pivoting to talk with Abe about golf, and a great Japanese golfer. I tried to give a link to what I watched, but it appears to have disappeared from C-SPAN.

And, just to remind you, albeit this is old news by now, check out this Vox piece about this weeks’/last weeks’ verbal Trump meltdown.

I can’t be as optimistic as TomJ is in this tweet (#15, at the very bottom of the thread).

I don’t think Trump is going to go quietly. Au contraire. He will continue to yell and scream incoherencies. And continue to act out his narcissistic fantasies.

I second the request regarding Biden. That might be the only thing that shuts off the Party propaganda campaign that Biden is the only one who could beat Trump (beat him at going senile in public, maybe?)

But back to Trump. Those photos of Melania beaming at Justin Trudeau during the G7 meeting should be getting Trump's proprietary instincts activated. I'd be watching her for signs of covered bruises. We can't rule out that Trump might have inflicted a few when Ivanka did it, for I don't see the-Kushner-in-law being man enough to think he could get away with that.

Domestic discipline aside, let's say that Mr. Tom is on to something. When Trump melts down beyond the ability to explain it away, especially if it's on camera, who is going to do what? Will Pence invoke the 25th Amendment and take over? Will Pelosi finally allow impeachment? Will 62 million voters begin to see what a mistake they supported? Or will those benefiting from Trump's dismantling of the government defend him from removal as long as they continue to actually hold the reins of power?

IF Hollywood were sentient and aware (They are NOT), they would smell an opportunity to remake The President's Analyst, only the evil forces would be attempting to prevent the shrink from revealing what he knows about an insane occupant of the White House so that the public can push for action (yes, this IS fiction).

But that won't happen. Imaginary super heroes or anti-social thugs are all Hollywood can present. No reality need apply.

biden's infirmity mirrors the degradation my mother suffered, which was some form of dementia that was only partially treated by meds. They were about the same age when it became readily apparent.

trump's problems LOOK different. But he started out insane.
