Midnight Meme Of The Day!

Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) isn't on my list of favorite Senators. But he's right this time. We are now into a three week agreement that, more properly should be called a truce or a temporary cease-fire, instead of being trumpeted as an end to the shutdown. End? When the truce was announced, our severely psychotic president wasted no time in threatening another shutdown at the end of the three weeks if his demand for wall money isn't met in any new agreement.
Sen. Warner is right in saying that if Trump ever got his way as a result of shutting down the government, there's no telling what hostages he would take or what he would shut down the government for in the future. How far would Trump go in his well-demonstrated complete insanity? Would he demand end to the Mueller Investigation, and any congressional or state investigations as well. Would it be "No regulations for anything?" Hooters waitresses delivering his food to the oval office? Quota numbers of kids to be placed in cages? A 5-Star General's uniform for him to waddle around in? $20 billion in gold bullion delivered to Trump Tower? $30 billion? This isn't really a joke. Trump isn't just a Manchurian President; he is stark, raving mad. It's been obvious since his campaign began, if not before. A child can see it. Yet the majority of the public and the media outlets they listen to dance all around that, at best. They don't want to confront it. They walk fast past the graveyard. America can't admit to itself that it has placed a psychotic humanity-hating lunatic in control of their lives. The sooner we admit, as a society, what we have in the White House, the better. If we don't, we'd better get used to the idea of the United States being the next Nicaragua.

So what if Mark Warner gets it? The real question is whether or not Schumer and Pelosi do.
