C'mon, you know you'd love to put your fist through this thieving jackass's face! I know I would, and that would be just the start of it. After all, true justice can come in many forms. If only we didn't have those stupid, burdensome regulations that get in the way of me being the instrument of karma! Besides, Eddie Munster should sue the hell out of Paul Ryan for stealing his face and ruining his reputation.
While the horror of what Señor Trumpanzee is doing to thousands of children, their parents, and our nation's reputation gets the lion's share of our attention, we must not forget that other Washington evil-doers are working to screw as many Americas as possible for fun and profit. Speaker Ryan is a case in point. As a child, he lived off his father's Social Security survivor benefits. They even helped him pay his way through school. Too bad they can't buy you a soul.

Ryan is history. It's time to focus on his replacement since I don't see the "democrats" taking control of the House in the fall.
7:49- We WISH Ryan was history. He is still doing damage and he is 3rd in line for the White House. He also sees himself as a future presidential candidate. There is no reason to let up or take his departure from the Speaker position for granted. The goal should be to bury him forever.

He will never again be in elected office, but you aren't going to stop him manipulating Congress as a lobbyist. The "democrats" don't play that way. In fact, they will likely help him.
Is that not what we saw Senator Jones do?
ryan is still doing his all to serve the kochs. he and they know that this kind of pure theft from the commons doesn't just happen all at once. They all know that you have to keep pushing for a lot, wait for the idea to normalize with the populace and even the congress. Eventually you will be able to take some of it back. And after some more time, you'll get it all back.
Americans are astonishingly stupid... and complacent... and an awful lot of them, who will be the first to be killed by this theft of sustenance, will religiously support your efforts. It will just take time.
So ryan, who knows he won't get all of this NOW (one would hope, anyway), is just doing what the Nazis have been doing for 4 decades. As with previous failed attempts, he knows that once it's on the table, they'll get some of it after the next election. Either the 'craps will succeed in keeping their minorities or, even if they screw the pooch and get a majority or two, they'll bargain away their voters' sustenance for something that corporations have been paying Pelosi and hoyer for.
Or have we all forgotten what bill fucking Clinton gave to wall street... or what obamanation gave to wall street and the previous admin... an what obamanation OFFERED to boner, several times, in order to get the government funded????
Of course we've all forgotten. If we remembered, the democraps would all be gone by now.
The "democraps" are almost gone now. The recent victories are the last gasp of the Party, for the notable wins by progressives are too few in number to rescue the Party from oblivion. Trump now has a solid majority on SCOTUS to do his bidding, and the American version of Glechschaltung will be protected from legal challenge by that corrupt organization.
It's all over but the gloating. One wonders if Trump has found his Leni Riefenstahl yet.

he's already got stevie mnuchin, who has producer credits on several acclaimed films. There aren't that many female directors to begin with. He'll have to settle for a closely shaven dude, I think.
