Midnight Meme Of The Day!

>

While SeƱor Trumpanzee was visiting the NRA earlier this week and giving one of his patented rambling looney "somewhere a village has lost its idiot" speeches, that esteemed organization was reaching deep into the sewer to choose a new president of its own. They proudly went with FOX's Ollie North, a man who was once convicted on three felony counts for his role in illegally selling weapons of war to Iran, obstructing congressional investigations, and illegally destroying documents. I'm guessing that the bit about finding ways of selling weapons illegally really appealed to the NRA. I'm also guessing that gun-waving Judge Roy Moore turned them down.

I'm beginning to wonder if the ghost of Saint Ronnie isn't lurking about and trying to complete what he started in 1981, because we keep getting all of his troglodyte throwbacks emerging from the ooze and grabbing the reins to drive us over the cliff.

Sounds like a bad Grade B horror flick, doesn't it?

Remember PNAC? The group who were elevated by Reagan and went on to give us so many wars, millions of deaths, many trillions in pointless spending, so much terrorism, isis... and they didn't even steal all that oil...

One point: they first sold arms in exchange for the Iranians HOLDING hostages for a few more months so that Reagan could use them as a campaign issue. They then sold arms simply for profits they could use to kill people elsewhere.

3:36, the 2 worst effects that Reagan had on this shithole:

1) somehow inspired D voters to become geraniums (R voters have been geraniums for over a century)

2) inspired the worst democraps to form the DLC and utterly corrupt the entire party. Turns out the entire party was thrilled to sell out. go figure.

Left us with a party that always works against progress for 99.9% of citizens and an electorate too fucking stupid to make it change back.

Yea! 'Anonymous Democrap' at 5:47 actually said something wholly true - that the DLC was a response to Reaganism's form of conservatism and that it infected the Democratic Party. However, as usual though, Anonymous Democrap then immediately throws himself overboard into the Ocean of Political Doom and stays stuck in the past. The Democratic Party is of course by no means completely free of DLC-style influence and thinking, but, as any close observer of Democratic politics since at least 2016 (and likely eight years earlier) knows for a fact, a progressive worldview and platform is now being adopted by a new generation of Democratic candidates (who will join an already existing progressive caucus in the House and the Senate) and that the Democratic Party itself, despite its aging leadership, is headed in a direction that FDR's coalition would find very familiar. Even the things accomplished under a Democratic White House from 2008 till 2016 reflect and embody the progressive vision of the New Deal and the liberal political successes of the 1960s. To not be aware of or admit to these facts takes a real bad-faith troll like Anonymous Democrap, who wants everything to stay the way it is so he can continue to make his loser mentality arguments.

name one. I bet you're wrong about whatever you name.

Fact: the democrap "platform" has had no relation to what the 'craps actually do (and refuse to do) since Jimmy Carter lost to Reagan.
If it was honest with what the 'craps want to do, they'd only get votes from billionaires and CEOs.
Fact: the Nazi platform, largely, has no relation to what the Nazis actually want to do and have done. If it did, they'd only get votes from billionaires, CEOs swastika-tat'd and white-hood wearing white males.

The platforms are there for morons who believe everything they're told and who never ever watch what they do and refuse to do.

Sound like anyone here?
