The DCCC Failed Again-- The Only Thing They Know How To Do
>
Pelosi's failed DCCC underperformed... as usual. She blames James Comey. These are the districts the DCCC and the House Majority PAC spent the most money in-- at least a million dollars in each-- along with the results for the Democratic candidate:
Oh, and the DSCC lost gigantically as well... worse even than the DCCC. Terrible recruiting by Jon Tester and Chuck Schumer. In 2018 the map predicts a massive Republican sweep in the Senate, probably enough to give them a filibuster-proof majority. And we'll be talking more about that in coming days as well.
• PA-08- $7,238,618- Steve Santarsiero lostThat's a lot of millions of dollars in failure. We'll be discussing more about these races in coming days. By the way, the outstanding progressive victories last night, Pramila Jayapal's election in Washington, Carol Shea-Porter defeating Frank Guinta, Nanette Barragan coming from way behind and beating the horrible, corrupt Democratic Party Establishment pick (Isador Hall)... none of these had anything at all to do with Pelosi or her toxic DCCC. And even in TX-21, where the DCCC refused to even ever take a call from progressive primary winner, Tom Wakely-- let alone help him try to defeat the odious and destructive Lamar Smith-- Wakely finished with the best numbers ever for a Democrat against Smith-- the first time he's ever found himself under 60%. Tom finished with the largest percentage for a Democrat and notched the most total votes against him ever.

I thought DCCC had shut out Zephyr Teachout. This explains the many TV spots for her on local NY television. I believed she had a chance.
The NRCC and it's allies spent $6,726,962 helping Faso. The DCCC and one allied PAC spent a total of $2,928,670 in response. That wasn't enough-- and nothing like what they spent on their favored non-progressive (loser) candidates.
There were many factors why we lost no question the incompetence of the DCCC & DSCC Establishment Voter Suppression, Dark Money i could go on & on the future looks awfully grim from this point forward.
The fish rots from the head.
The ultimate failure was when the Wall St. Democrats rigged the primary for a candidate shitty enough to lose to Trump.

I think another point of view is important here. Blame is being misplaced.
I feel strongly that the blame for the loss must rest on the shoulders of all of the people who voted for Trump. Over 40 million Americans did. They are despicable and deserve the responsibility and blame for his win. His zillion faults (not one good thing about him when looked at even superficially) were absolutely glaring and were completely ignored by his voters (and many liberals I might add, who focused all their efforts on Hillary hatred). That is not Hillary's or the Dem's fault. Her weaknesses and the Dem's mistakes are not even close to those of Trump and the Republicans. The Republicans are absolutely horrible! Sure the Dems could have done a much better job of it, but Trump won because his supporters like (may I say adore?) him a lot and voted for him, with mucho gusto. They love his outspoken racism and bullying tactics. They love his style. And grabbing pussy. The Dems could not match that. There are a lot of fascists among us, unfortunately. To take the blame away from them and feel sympathy for the white men who want to take women's right away and squash minority rights is the wrong way to go.
The honest truth is that nothing is going to change for the Democrat leadership other than some pious lies they will tell to us little people about them hearing the message. Except for the Clinton's, the rest of the DLC cabal and its enablers are alive and well, and blaming everyone but themselves for their purposeful disaster. They need to be excised but they don't. And in fact they will again try in 2020 to elect another DLC scumbag and will lose again. Time for a third party.
Democratic senate filibuster(s)? Flight of fancy after a rough night?

Almost 60 million Americans voted for Trump

While the Dems have done a lousy job, what about the Republicans? Far lousier!!! The stupidity and hatred of Trump's supporters and total denial of his abysmal weaknesses go far far beyond what the Dems have sucked at. He is ignorant of democracy and our government, is psychiatrically impaired with a personality disorder, cannot attend, and has no desire to focus on governing. He is vicious and revengeful and cannot take criticism. He thinks knows more than everyone. He is a complete asshole!! That his supporters don't care about what he is is not the Dem's fault. And believe me, I see all of the awful choices the Dems have made. They pale compared to Trump and the Republicans! Pence will govern the domestic and foreign policy (as offered to Kasich, who declined - good for him) and God help us all. Trump will strut around and bully people to make American great again.
Not my fault say all the Democrats. Clearly no lessons to be learned by the limo liberal class... At least not yet.
