Tom Morello: "I'm Working Hard To Change That-- Hillary Clinton Is Not"
>
Did you watch Tom Morello take on a pack of liberalish capitalism-apologists on Bill Maher's HBO show Friday? No? Me neither, but I caught it on YouTube. Watch the clip above and remember, "capitalism is a morally bereft system that harms much of the planet." And Hillary is, at the end of the day, Wall Street's candidate. No one disputes that; the Hillary part. The "grotesque economic inequality"-- built into the cake-- that Morello referred to when he spoke about Indonesian sweat shops making Nike shoes is not just inherent to capitalism, it isn't something Katie Packer and Andrew Ross Sorkin have probably not thought much about, nor about there own role in.
How about that for a nice short, to the point way to start the day? Now... about that realistic mix of capitalism and socialism, Bill Maher is so enamoured of as an all-American alternative to Trumpism...
BONUS Vid:
Samantha Bee has a lot to say about gun-nuttery and gun nuts and the politicians who exploit them. Well worth watching:

Yep. I certainly did and the first thought I had was "I'm voting for THAT guy!"
Tom Morello!
Up with him.
Thanks for the reporting.
Thanks for the Samantha Bee video. The more I watch her, the more she grows on me as America's Conscience.
I think Tom Morello should run for president. ;)
Let this be a reminder to anyone who's tempted to think of Bill Maher as a liberal ally. Now that Hillary has been crowned the nominee, he's turned very vicious towards Bernie and liberals.
Tom should have ten people pay the four hundred dollar sound check package, and then have ten people pay twenty.
Then he can explain to comfortable millenials fresh from their Bernie vote that this is in fact socialism in its purest form.
But then again anyone who thinks morello actually cares or practices what he preaches ( he doesn't ) might keep their mouths shut at the risk of alienating their comrades with a vibrant and well justified "i paid 400, they paid 20, WTF????
Wtf indeed, all the way to the bank.
