Brave New Conversations promotes "next-level activism" via the art of conversation

Samples from the new anthology DVD Brave New Conversations, put together by the folks at Brave New Foundation

Out of our friend Robert Greenwald's Brave New Films came Brave New Foundation, and from Brave New Foundation comes Brave New Conversations, which describes its mission on its website:
There’s a Brave New Conversation going on between us and your favorite activists, artists and social change visionaries -- and we want to include you. You care about social justice. What’s more, you know that to create a just world, progressive voices must be heard.

In these unique 30-minute Conversations, you’ll hear what leading progressives have to say on today’s critical issues -- even add your own two cents -- while supporting next-level activism.

Now Brave New Conversations has put together a DVD containing what are described as "our most popular conversations," "including Alan Grayson, Thom Hartmann, Amy Goodman, Henry Rollins, Markos Moulitsas, Shepard Fairey, and Margaret Cho!" The DVD containing "these 8 fantastic conversations" (hmm, so that list of seven is complete-minus-one? must be some real loser), "a great way to experience Brave New Conversations with your family or a perfect holiday gift for a progressive friend or family member," can be had for a donation of a mere $14.
