Are You Frustrated With President Obama's Tepid Leadership?

>

Palin isn't right about much but she was right about Democrats and independents being terribly angry about that "hopey-changey thing." That's why Blue America is dedicating itself to Sending Democrats A Message They Can Understand and it's why these Pennsylvania grassroots Democrats who worked their asses off the elect Obama in 2008 are sending him a strong and clear message today. It's less than 90 seconds; give it a look:

I don't like it. Riffing offa that old tune should be used for something vital: ending a war or a meaty jobs bill. To use it to support Sestak is silly and strikes me as ineffective. Even though I like Sestak plenty.

Frustrated by Obama's tepid leadership...would prefer if he would get tough and stop trying to please the Republicans.

But I fear the alternative. Not ready for a Tea Bagger President.

Poli, I'm hoping the alternative is a better Obama, not a teabagger or conservative. And that's what I take away from the makers of the video as well. Remember, in one of his few FDR-like moments, Obama urged progressives to "force" him to stay on a progressive track. Supporting Sestak for Senate-- or at least not pretending Specter was a real Democrat-- would be a good step in the right direction.

I'm in Montgomery County PA. We have been wanting to get rid of Specter for years. This is all about the boys club
of DC. And that sickens me.That club brought us Joe Lieberman.

I hope the next thing the Sestak campaign does is do web ads regarding Specter and Anita Hill. Talk about disgusting.

"Frustrated" does not begin to describe my feelings on the subject of No-Balls Obama.

Going into detail would take too long. Suffice it to say that I have gone from hopeful about Obama to outraged, revolted, and disgusted. I hate him, and I will never, ever vote for him again.

One of the most important acts progressives can do in election 2010 is replace Spector with Sestak. Aside from Spector having little chance to win in the general against a crazy RWer like Toomey, Spector is a weasel who will say anything to get reelected.

I saw him in this summer's healthcare townhall meeting where he said his first preference was for single payer. However, I remember his attacks on the modest Clinton plan as being pivotal in defeating it. He started off, after switching to the Democratic Party, by saying he was going to vote independently & rattling off numbers of policies where he'd oppose the Democratic Party. As soon as Sestak entered the race, he became a raging progressive.

cybermome is right on target about the the DC club. this club of "chosenality" has the attitude that their members are the chosen masters of the universe and all others are "NOT CHOSEN". being a member trancends any and all other loyalties they claim to have.these masters include cinema and news media, financial systems, polictical lordships ,the crap religious theocracy ,and both the public and private military complex
and many others.they are like a mycelial web that bears its rotten fruit in forms like lieberman, rahm, cantor, greenspan ,blankfine,
bahy, wasserman shultz, zucker, etc, and the largest lobby on the planet ....get the picture. they take care of their own first, no matter who else has to suffer and pay...like american democracy. did you notice how finacial bailouts went? who got back 100% on assest worth nothing?
this is happening, just as torture is happening, but if your lucky to be one of the 'chosens" its all good again while others just yearn for a job and house to take care of their families.
oh guess who bought obama in chicago a long time ago.
barack is semi-chosen.
