Maybe he shouldn't wag that finger in people's faces so much

I got sick to my stomach when I read this week that Bill Clinton was support efforts to prevent culinary workers-- whose union had endorsed Obama-- from voting in the primaries. Historically, peoples' parties have always encouraged people to vote. Right wing parties-- like the Republicans-- do their best to prevent as many people as possible from voting. Bill and Hillary are starting to get me really pissed off-- and I don't really like Obama's policies or campaign much more than Hillary's. These are both badly flawed candidates. One of them is going to face a far more flawed-- hopefully fatally flawed-- Republican in 9 months. They shouldn't burn too many bridges. (And, alas, too many voters, especially young ones, find voting difficult enough without Democrats putting up barriers to participation. Yecchhh.)

I was happy that at least a federal judge ruled against the Clintons today and that voting will proceed. The Clintons, predictably, are now claiming they had nothing to do with the law suit. They sound more like Republicans every day-- just like Obama. Neither has anything to do with the Democratic wing of the Democratic Party. Edwards has that all to himself at this point. We shouldn't let the corporate media dictate who our candidate is based on their efforts-- conscious or otherwise-- to black-out the real Democrat in this nomination race. Watch:
