DEMOCRATS EAT POOP-- AND, APPARENTLY, LOVE IT

Will congressional Democrats ever stand up to the Bush Regime on the matters that have inspired Americans to flock to their banner-- and to their fundraising pleas and to the voting booths-- in record numbers? Even as the Wall Street Journal reports that the GOP is losing support from their traditional business allies and even as the Washington Post reports Bush's approval rating is at an all-time low and that most Americans want funding for the occupation of Iraq cut and that they agree with the Democratic Party agenda, Democrats always seem defensive and... well... pathetic. Will they even override Bush's expected veto of the children's health insurance bill? Probably not... only 43 of the nation's 50 governors-- including a majority of even Republican governors support the Democrats on this. And even arch-reactionary Bush-Dog Democrat Dan Boren (OK) has finally broken with the Regime on... something.
