A Potential Death Knell for Trump?-- A Case of Under Age Rape

>

First public/pubic Trumpanzee in Union Square-- Thursday morning

-by Helen Klein

As the Trump campaign continues to implode, he may be sorry, very sorry, that he ever began his run for President. With all the horrors we already know about him, there is much more lurking just beneath the surface. The light of day has arrived and it should be in full sun, with no clouds hiding important and potentially candidate destroying information the American people have a right to know.

In Matt Taibbi’s new Rolling Stone article, The Summer of the Shill, he declares what the role of the press should be:
Our job is to grope around promiscuously for stories on all sides, like dogs sniffing fire hydrants. Trying to fill any other role leads to trouble.
Towards the end of the article, Taibbi notes:
Right-wing audiences, almost irrespective of source, already discount most scoops about Republicans. That means even potentially devastating stories, like the troubling sexual misconduct lawsuit against Trump and the infamous Jeffrey Epstein involving a 13-year-old victim and an adult witness, will be dismissed out of hand as just more politicized coverage.
So, I went to the link, read it, sought out further background and decided to write this blog piece. Trump and under age rape… Threats of recrimination… Sex Trade Island with under age girls… No great surprise really, but still!

As this situation unfolds and hopefully gets more traction, as it should, it could be Trump’s death knell. Not only could this lawsuit completely ruin him in the public eye, he would be at risk for criminal charges far worse than Trump U! However, he will certainly lawyer up with the best, and justice is rarely served for the 1%.

The defense lawyer in the lawsuit is a patent attorney in New Jersey who admits, “I’ve never taken on accusations like this,” but he believes the Plaintiff’s story “100%.” It will be interesting to see whether he is able to make his case and hold firm against the mega-lawyers who will surely get involved.

Readers are encouraged to go to this link and read the court petition in full a well as the statements by Jane Doe and Tiffany Doe.

Short version: On June 20, 2016, a case was filed in the United States District Court in the southern district of New York by Jane Doe, Plaintiff, proceeding under a pseudonym, against Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey E. Epstein, Defendants. A trial by jury is demanded. The incidents described took place in 1994. What are Trump and Epstein being accused of?
Rape, sexual misconduct, criminal sexual acts, sexual abuse, forcible touching, assault, battery, intentional and reckless infliction of emotional distress, duress, false imprisonment and defamation.
Tiffany Doe, also a pseudonym, was an employee of Defendant Epstein in the 1990’s and is a witness in this case. Unlike the Plaintiff, she was an adult at the time. Both women wish to maintain anonymity. This litigation is “highly sensitive and of a personal nature, and identification of Plaintiff would pose a risk of retaliatory personal physical harm to her and to others.” Both women have supplied written statements, which are included in the above link.
Plaintiff was enticed by promises of money and a modeling career to attend a series of parties, with other similarly situated minor females, held at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Jeffrey Epstein. At least four of the parties were attended by Defendant Donald Trump.
The suit alleges that at the fourth party, Trump’s and Epstein’s behavior devolved dramatically and savagely. They made threats that if the Plaintiff revealed anything about their sexual misconduct, she and her family would be physically harmed or killed. The suit claims that the behavior of the Defendants “demonstrates willful, reckless and intentional conduct that raises a conscious indifference to consequences.”
(Both Trump and Epstein) let the Plaintiff know that each was a very powerful, wealthy man and indicated that they had the power, ability and means to carry out their threats. Indeed, the Defendant Trump stated that Plaintiff shouldn’t ever say anything if she didn’t want to disappear like Maria, a 12-year-old female that was forced to be involved in the third incident with Defendant Trump and (whom) Plaintiff had not seen since the third incident, and that he was capable of having her whole family killed.
The Plaintiff asserts that over the years, fear and duress had prevented her from pursuing legal action. However, over the past year, due to the mass media coverage of Trump and his campaign, the Plaintiff asserts that she has been subjected to daily painful reminders of his horrific behavior, and this is why she is now seeking punitive damages. Shortly after her first complaint was filed in California in April 2016, the Plaintiff stated that she started receiving threatening phone calls.

Trump has claimed that all of these allegations are patently false. Of course he would, regardless of their veracity. And of course nothing he says can be trusted and is often the opposite of the truth. The new complaint also charges that Trump’s denial amounts to defamation.

Jeffrey Epstein
Some background on convicted sex offender and bankster Jeffrey Epstein is particularly relevant. His history of horrific behavior with girls is well documented. The variety and number of rich folks who have associated with him is staggering.

Epstein is a sex offender and is a convicted pedophile. A billionaire, he owns a huge mansion near Fifth Avenue. He owns other properties in Palm Beach, Paris and New Mexico as well as a private island in the Caribbean called Little St. James, which has been referred to as Sex Slave Island. He also has a private jet, nicknamed “The Lolita Express,” which is known as “a hot spot for under-age sex orgies.”

Here are a few tidbits from Amanda Prestigiacomo's May, 2016 Daily Wire piece, 7 Things You Need to Know About Trump and Sex Slave Island.
"I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy,'' Trump once said about the convicted sex offender. "He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it-- Jeffrey enjoys his social life."

When under oath, while Epstein acknowledged he knew Trump, he “curiously pled the Fifth to Trump attending sex parties with underage girls.”

At least one of Epstein’s underage sex victims was recruited from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago, which he frequented often.

Trump was subpoenaed in 2009 for his connection to Epstein’s under-age sex slave rings. Trump has denied ever being served. The lawyer who served him said that was patently false.
A June 2016 article in the Daily Beast is revealing, entitled, The Billionaire Pedophile Who Could Bring Down Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. So our very own Bill has also been involved with Epstein and his sexual escapades! Another shock (not).

Epstein is a convicted pedophile who served time in prison. However, he got off extremely lightly, as the mega-rich typically do. He lawyered up with star attorneys Gerald Lefcourt and Alan Dershowitz, and they defended their client vigorously. It is reported that they made substantial efforts to discredit the alleged victims.
Prosecutors said Epstein’s dream team made successful prosecution unlikely. “Our judgment in this case, based on the evidence known at the time, was that it was better to have a billionaire serve time in jail, register as a sex offender, and pay his victims restitution than risk a trial with a reduced likelihood of success.”

And so, despite a decade of alleged serial sexual abuse and rape of an unknowable number of girls, some as many as 100 times according to court filings, the notoriously secretive financier was offered a deal. For the alleged systematic victimization of young girls-- most of whom were plucked by Epstein’s assistants from Palm Beach’s poorer neighborhoods and groomed to adore or acquiesce to him-- he was slapped with a 2008 conviction on a single charge of soliciting a minor; and sentenced to an 18-month stay in a Palm Beach county jail-- of which he served only 13 months and was allowed to leave six days out of every week for “work release.” He also agreed to a few dozen confidential, out-of-court payoffs to his accusers, the most recent of which was finalized in 2011.

Epstein’s “potential co-conspirators,” as the U.S. Attorney called them-- women who allegedly procured girls for Epstein-- also received immunity from prosecution as a condition of the 2007 agreement that enraged the local police force for its leniency.

Though Epstein must register as a sex offender for life, and arguably suffer the world’s most revolting Google presence, he has seemingly retained his collection of elite academic and media friends as well as his fortune. Since his release in 2009, Epstein has gone about his business…

“I’m not a sexual predator, I’m an ‘offender,’” he told the New York Post in 2011, shortly after a New York judge classified him as a level 3 offender, or “a threat to public safety...” It’s the difference between a murderer and a person who steals a bagel,” Epstein said.

The former President (Bill Clinton), who flew on the “The Lolita Express” at least 26 times from 2001 to 2003, has never addressed his ties with Epstein, a onetime major Democratic donor, according to Federal Election Commission records, who also gave millions to the Clinton Foundation even after his arrest for abusing underage girls. “I invest in people-- be it politics or science. It’s what I do,” Epstein has reportedly said to friends.

“There’s a 100 percent chance [Trump] is going there,” said former McCain strategist Steve Schmidt on Morning Joe, referring to Clinton’s friendship with the pervy moneyman.
In conclusion, this scenario may well become major headlines in the near future, that is, if the press continues to do due diligence. So many politicians have been dragged down in the dirt. Will Jane Doe and Tiffany Doe be discredited and the suit dropped, or will Trump and Epstein be vilified? Will this be the final nail in Trump’s coffin? That remains to be seen. And what about Bill and his sexual exploits-- will they drag on Hillary?

Let’s hold onto our hats for this wild ride on the absurd reality show that has become all too real in America.

Your own article answers the question. Justice is NEVER served on the 1%. This will not be allowed to harm Trump.

But the mainstream media should at least talk about it. Most people do not even know about these charges, and if it was the other way around - a democrat being charged - Fox news would be ALL OVER that!!! So why is this all so one sided? Why is the media protecting Trump?
