Trump Knows Words.

Trump: "I went to an Ivy League school. I'm highly educated. I know words. I have the best words, I have the best, but there is no better word than stupid. Right?”

Oh, wait. Hang on there a minute, Mr. Trump. I found a dictionary site that listed your 20 most frequently used words, presented  in a slideshow. Why does "stupid" come in at only #19, if it is the best word ever?

The slideshow (linked above) gives examples of Trump quotes for the 20 words. This is a good resource for anyone who is having trouble remembering some particularly out of control, dangerous, moronic, etc. things Trump has said.

Question: Does Trump really truly deeply understand what “stupid” means? I doubt it. Trump is a malignant narcissist, incapable of self-reflection on any level at all. Trump himself is stupid. And, as fair guess, I’d say he clearly doesn’t know the words "malignant" and "narcissist," much less their meaning.

But, Trump does know words. Based on a video that has surfaced in the last few days, it is clear that Trump knows the word "pussy," at least in the "grab"” sense. Thus he says: "Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything." Trump was really yukking it up with his buddy Billy Bush. (Yes, Billy is a Bush, one of The Bushes.)  Billy boy was quite the appreciative audience,  laughing, laughing, adding a few bon mots of his own. (Since suspended by NBC.)

Okay, as established above, Trump knows the word "pussy."  I’m sure he knows a lot of like words. I mean, really, why didn’t he just come right out with it and say "Grab them by the cunt?" Surely he knows the "c- word."

Oh dear, I’ve said the c-word. But, yanno what, that word perfectly describes how Trump treats women. He treats us like cunts.

But, Trump always is always "classy" (his  #1 word on the dictionary slideshow list.)

So, stay classy Mr. Trump. You’ll always be classy as long as you stick to using the p-word, instead of the c-word, even as you continue to treat women like cunts.

Well, gosh, I guess there are women who absolutely adore Trump, including these triplets separated at birth. Something about the Donald must really grab them. Maybe it’s his tiny fingers?

Damage Control At Trump Tower-- The Candidate Is A Moocher, A Freeloader And A Business Failure

While Trumpian surrogates like Rudy Giuliani and Chris Christie fanned out over the airwaves yesterday to repeat Trumpy-the Clown's newest-- post Alicia Machado-- talking point-- that Trumpf is "a genius" after losing a billion dollars and then not paying any taxes for 18 years-- Bernie Sanders had a very different message. Christie was on Fox saying that "There’s no one who’s shown more genius in their way to maneuver about the tax code as he rightfully used the laws to do that" and Giuliani was on ABC babbling to George Stephanopoilos that Trump "knows how to operate the tax code."

Perhaps worried by what happened to Al Capone when he got caught cheating on his taxes, Christie and Giuliani were both instructed by Bannon to point out that Trump didn't do anything technically illegal. Genius? The man made a series of terrible business decisions and lost nearly a billion dollars in a year-- and then stuck the American taxpayers with the bill. Some genius!

Bernie saw it from quite a different perspective. When asked by Jake Tapper on CNN, he replied that "this is exactly why so many millions of Americans are frustrated; they're angry. They're disgusted at what they see as a corrupt political system in this country. So what you have at a time of massive income and wealth inequality: in the last 16 years we have seen a ten-fold increase in the number of billionaires. And at the same time, many of these billionaires have loopholes that their lobbyists and their friends on Capitol Hill provide for them which enable them to avoid taxes and in some cases, not paying a nickel in taxes. You've got the middle class people working longer hours for lower wages; they pay their taxes; they support their schools; they support their infrastructure; they support the military. But the billionaires know they don't have to do that because they know they have their friends on Capitol Hill. They pay zero in taxes. So Trump goes around and says, 'Hey I'm worth billions. I'm a successful businessman, but I don't pay any taxes. But you, you make 15 bucks an hour, you pay the taxes, not me.' That is why people are angry at and want real change in this country." Later, on ABC, Bernie added-- as though answering the Rudy/Chrsitie spin-- "If everybody in this country was a 'genius' like Mr. Trump is, and not pay any taxes, we would not have a country."

As Greg Sargent wrote last week in the Washington Post, Trump falls back on crackpot arguments justifying himself, simplistic, Hate Talk Radio-centric arguments that worked fine in a Republican primary catering to... well, you know what that primary audience is now. Those arguments aren't likely to persuade normal people who haven't been brain-washed by Hate Talk hosts like Michael Savage, Rush Limbaugh and Laura Ingraham-- as well, of course, as Fox "News."

Earlier this year Trump repeatedly boasted in various forms that he was gaming the system to his own benefit. One additional way he did this, for instance, was to brag repeatedly that he has bought off politicians through campaign donations. He argued that this gave him a level of inside knowledge of how elites scam the system that uniquely positioned him to reform it. GOP primary voters apparently thrilled at his braggadocio, his chest-thumping promise to bust up the elites’ party, and-- in the case of his low tax rate-- his in-your-face contempt for government.

But this general argument may be running aground in the general election. His boasts about buying off politicians collided with specific allegations of pay-to-play, such as revelations that his charity gave money to a PAC linked to the Florida attorney general at a time when she was entertaining complaints about his Trump University. And now, the boast that he pays nothing in taxes could give Dems a way to further intensify pressure on him to release his returns, and to sow further doubts about his refusal to do so, in the minds of voters who might not be as reflexively anti-government as GOP primary voters are.

...[W]hen Trump is confronted with the various ways he gamed the system to benefit himself, he simply can’t help but take credit for doing so, since to him, being seen as a winner at all costs-- regardless of the means-- is paramount.

Watch this video; it works on poorly educated Foxified Republicans-- which is why Trump is their nominee-- but on normal Americans? The polls say otherwise, even if he's running against a highly unpopular Democratic nominee who represents a status quo that just about everyone wants to see changed.

Is Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi In Prison Yet? Sure... Right Next To Rick Snyder's Cell

Hillary isn't my idea of an honest politician but her level of crookedness is nowhere near Trump's

As we mentioned last weekend, Pam Bondi took a bribe from Donald Trump to halt an investigation into his fraudulent Trump "University" scheme. In fact, she directly solicited the $25,000 bribe from Trump-- an absolute quid pro quo for shutting down her office's investigation. By Monday, AP was painting a rather bleak picture of Biondi in action, now a Trump campaign surrogate. AP made it clear that Bondi "personally solicited a political contribution from Donald Trump around the same time her office deliberated joining an investigation of alleged fraud at Trump University and its affiliates." The $25,000 was funneled to her PAC-- And Justice For All, illegally, through a tax-deductible charity, a Trump family foundation, on Sept. 17, 2013-- four days after Bondi's office publicly announced she was considering joining a New York state probe of Trump University's activities. As soon as she basically shook Trump down for the $25,000 her office claimed there was "insufficient grounds to proceed." That in spite of "thousands of pages of records related to consumer complaints about Trump University and its affiliates filed with Bondi's office... Many of the Trump-related consumers alleged that they paid money for training materials and personalized instruction which were never delivered." Bind lied to the media and claimed she only got one complain, when in fact, there were at least 20.

The timing of the donation by Trump is notable because the now presumptive Republican presidential nominee has said he expects and receives favors from politicians to whom he gives money.

"When I want something I get it," Trump said at an Iowa rally in January. "When I call, they kiss my ass. It's true."

In addition to the money given by his foundation, Trump himself has donated $253,500 since in Florida since 1999, most of it going to Republican candidates, the state party or political committees affiliated with GOP officials. His daughter, Ivanka Trump, also gave a $500 check to Bondi a week before her father's money came in, as well as another $25,000 to the Republican Party of Florida the following year.

Ivanka is notorious for funneling Trump family money to the sleaziest and most corrupt politicians Trump is working. Donald Norcross, brother of New Jersey political machine boss George Norcross, has accepted over ten thousand dollars in bribes from Ivanka while Papa Trump was scamming tax benefits for his New Jersey properties-- not just in Atlantic City but nonsense like calling his golf courses "goat farms" so they could get agricultural tax deductions. She gave another $10,000 to the New Jersey Democratic Party at the same time. Ivanka has also contributed generously to the most blatantly corrupt cash-on-delivery whores in Washington-- from career criminals Chuck Schumer and John McCain to Charlie Rangel and Cory Booker. And, of course tens of thousands to the DCCC, RNC, DSCC, NRCC, NRSC... the whole array of crooked Beltway money machines that have shamelessly sucked up to the Trump family for years.

The Orlando Sentinel's Scott Maxwell has been holding Bondi's feet to the fire by comparing her corruption in this case with New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's devotion to protecting the New Yorkers who were scammed and fleeced by Trump, while Bondi, classic gangster style, was just looking to get a cut from herself. This week Sentinel readers got to think about this statement:

It was wildly unethical for her to accept this money. No self-respecting prosecutor would take money from a potential target... It's time for an independent investigator to probe this.... [I]f you want to try to defend Bondi's actions, try finishing this sentence for me: "I think it is perfectly appropriate for a prosecutor to take big chunks of money from someone she has been asked to investigate because ...."

If you can finish that sentence with a straight face, OK. I can't.

And you know what?

I don't think Pam Bondi can either.

I have repeatedly asked her to explain why she thinks her actions were appropriate.

She has yet to provide an answer... probably because she knows there isn't a legitimate one.

Trump Knows What He Knows-- Orders His Pathetic Surrogates To Suspend All Thinking 'Til November

Were you laughing when Trump whined it was inappropriate for surrogate and Adelson-nominee for Trumpish running-mate Newt Gingrich to defend Judge Gonzalo Curiel against Trump's bizarre racist onslaught? The Newtster responded by suggesting Trump might ride into the GOP convention on an elephant but later reversed himself entirely and said, "Trump's complaints about the judge... are valid and reflect a growing pattern of politicized justice." Huh? How did that happen?

Well... some of the hapless campaign surrogates he's given cash payments to-- like Florida Attorney General Pam Biondi, who dropped Florida's suit against Trump University for a $25,000 bribe, were told to intensify criticism of Judge Curiel, something that is driving most Republican office holders insane. The childish and thuggish Trump sees the world in terms of proving himself right in the series of personal spats he starts every waking hour. And he's dragging dragged the GOP into that world. According to Bloomberg reporters, rather than apologize or just let the issue die away, like most Republicans-- including his own campaign staff-- have urged, "an embattled Donald Trump urgently rallied his most visible supporters to defend his attacks on a federal judge's Mexican ancestry during a conference call on Monday in which he ordered them to question the judge's credibility and impugn reporters as racists."

"We will overcome," Trump said, according to two supporters who were on the call and requested anonymity to share their notes with Bloomberg Politics. "And I’ve always won and I’m going to continue to win. And that’s the way it is."

There was no mention of apologizing or backing away from his widely criticized remarks about U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who is overseeing cases against the Trump University real-estate program.

When former Arizona Governor Jan Brewer interrupted the discussion to inform Trump that his own campaign had asked surrogates to stop talking about the lawsuit in an e-mail on Sunday, Trump repeatedly demanded to know who sent the memo, and immediately overruled his staff.

"Take that order and throw it the hell out," Trump said.

Told the memo was sent by Erica Freeman, a staffer who circulates information to surrogates, Trump said he didn't know her. He openly questioned how the campaign could defend itself if supporters weren't allowed to talk.

"Are there any other stupid letters that were sent to you folks?" Trump said. "That's one of the reasons I want to have this call, because you guys are getting sometimes stupid information from people that aren't so smart."

Brewer, who was on the call with prominent Republicans like Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and former Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown, interjected again. "You all better get on the page," she told him.

In response, Trump said that he aspired to hold regular calls with surrogates in order to coordinate the campaign's message, a role usually reserved for lower ranking staffers than the nominee himself.

The e-mailed memo, sent by Freeman on Sunday, was cc'd to campaign manager Corey Lewandowski; Hope Hicks, Trump's top communications staffer; and Rick Gates, a top aide to campaign chairman Paul Manafort. It informed surrogates that "they're not authorized to discuss matters concerning the Trump Organization including corporate news such as the Trump University case.”

"The best possible response is ‘the case will be tried in the courtroom in front of a jury-- not in the media,’” according to the e-mail, obtained by Bloomberg Politics.

I wonder at what point they realize it's a losing proposition they won't quickly rebound from and start abandoning him. What will be next-- and worse-- after Judge Curiel? Yesterday Sen. Mark Kirk un-endorsed Trump and one-time running-mate contender Morning Joe called for Republicans to figure out how to get away from him. Arizona Senator Jeff Flake told reporters Monday that Trump was "not my first choice nor my 17th choice... I hope to be able to support the nominee. I certainly can't right now."
